We also recognize that our clients very often travel with personal support, such as a family member, or medical care personnel, who may assist the client during travel. To accommodate these companions, we offer comfortable yet limited seating options within our transport vans.

Co-Founders

Tracee Walls

Tracee is a visionary business leader, strategist and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in building and sustaining effective organizational cultures through human resources management, employee engagement, outstanding customer experience, training, multicultural programs, succession planning and community engagement initiatives. After a successful career as a corporate executive, she is now embracing an exciting new chapter as an entrepreneur and co-founder of Transit Adventures, LLC. Through this endeavor she is channeling her experience, passion, and purpose into building something meaningful for the community.

As a former FedEx Human Resources Managing Director, Tracee is known for her superior ability to connect people to strategy in both business and community efforts. She began her career with FedEx as a member of the company’s Global Citizenship department. In this role, she supported non-profit organizations stiving to improve the community. Her strong business acumen and innovative strategies resulted in successful relationships and outcomes for organizations and communities across six continents. Tracee’s outstanding leadership earned her numerous recognitions, including the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award, the highest global recognition bestowed upon a FedEx team member. She is also the recipient the Memphis Business Journal “Superwoman in Business” Award, the Three Doctors Foundation Champion of Education Award, and the Tri-State Defender’s Women of Excellence Award.

Jamie Hamer

Jamie Hamer is a highly effective and dedicated business professional with 18+ years of experience in both legal operations and human resource management. As a SHRM Certified Professional for over 5 years, she is equipped with practical knowledge in areas such as People, Organization, and Workplace. Jamie acts as a key business partner, contributing to organizational goals and implementing effective HR strategies for an improved workplace.

Jamie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis, demonstrating a consistent commitment to academic excellence. She brings a detail-oriented, compassionate, and efficient approach to every role she takes on.
